Description

Wholewheat Pan Biscotto (or “Pane Biscotto” or “panbiscotto”) is a crunchy and crumbly bread, typical of the Vicenza tradition similar to hardtack. Pan Biscotto is easy to digest and its texture satisfies the palate. A small piece is given to teething children. Pan Biscotto is good in the morning dunked in milk, and is perfect for pairing with cheeses and cold cuts. We have been producing our Pan Biscotto since 1951.
